How does the coaching take place?
The first step is a personal or telephone meeting without obligation, because good chemistry and trust are essential for a common work. We will develop your coaching goals and objectives. We will then examine your problems individually and establish a process for working on each problem.
You will learn new techniques and effective methods that will be integrated into your behavioural repertoire, and you will receive constructive feedback during the process. In this way, I support you in developing new behaviours, perspectives and resources, so that you can realise your full potential.
