Journée découverte PNL Classic et New Code

Would you like to know more about NLP and have you already heard about the many possibilities offered by Neuro-Linguistic Programming? But you don't want to follow an NLP training course lasting several weekends, but would rather be introduced to this approach?
 

That's exactly what I'm offering you in this one-day introductory seminar! This will give you an idea of what NLP can do for you, both personally and professionally.

NLP enables you to activate resources, achieve goals, improve your communication, make changes and increase your performance, all of which are useful skills on both a personal and professional level.
 

I'll be taking you on a journey into the world of NLP that only 3 people in Switzerland are allowed to take, because you'll also have the chance to learn about and practise New Code NLP, the evolution of well-known NLP.

 

Practical exercises will give you your first taste of what's involved, and after this day you'll be able to see the benefits for your personal development, as well as the tools you can apply.

  • Increasing and refining observation skills

  • Establishing trusting relationships through deep rapport

  • The differences between perception, interpretation and evaluation

  • The art of asking the right questions

  • Eliciting your own good resources and emotional states and anchoring them to live a more fulfilled life

  • Creating an optimised state of performance for greater focus, concentration and flexibility in your behavior
